NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
It has come to our knowledge that Dr. Rico Martin Gerochi and Dr.
Axel Trecho-Gerochi are using the name of Bel-Air Dental Care (the “Clinic”) in
dealing with patients. They claim that they are still connected to the Clinic,
and that they are maintaining a branch office of Bel-Air Dental Care.
We would like to inform the public that Bel-Air Dental Care is
still located at Unit 201, Oppen Building (WIP), 349 Senator Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati
City and our contact numbers are (+632)512-4925 /
(+632)895-2118 / (+632)899-9625. We have no branch clinic and the clinic
operated by Dr. Rico Martin Gerochi, Dr. Axel Trecho-Gerochi, whose photos
appear below, is in no way connected with Bel Air Dental Care. Any transactions
or offer of service by them are not authorized nor sanctioned by the Clinic:

Rico Martin Gerochi and Axel Trecho-Gerochi are no longer
connected with the Clinic since July 2013. In fact, there is a pending
criminal case for estafa against them before the Regional Trial Court of
Makati City Branch 59, docketed as Criminal Case No. 14-226:
